The Meditation Podcast
I just found this via iTunes and would like to share it with all of you. I believe a lot of you could use it!
Here it is The Mediation Podcast. You can subscribe to it via iTunes. The podcast is done once every month and is currently on the third episode. The podcast uses guided imagery, music to help you relax and meditate.
Anyhow, just want to give a huge Thank you to Jeane and Jesse Stern for such a wonderful podcast and wishing them luck!
